What is it?
A 3-month, 5 session, program to make real change that sticks. Ensure your results, remove barriers, uncover insights and develop optimal behaviours, all of which may currently be invisible to you.

Who’s it for?
People who know what they’ve been doing, hasn’t worked how they want. People who are ready – they’re determined to see it all the way through and make sure of it this time. They just need to work out how.

It’s for people who feel they’ve got most of the resources they need available to them, but aren’t realising the full benefits. They also have a hunch that more tips, tricks and advice, won’t get them to where they want to be.

What would I get from it?

  • Faster, better, easier, more enjoyable and sustainable results
  • Increased self-awareness such as unconscious behaviours, blockers, passions, natural strengths, and aspirations
  • Improved relationships with self, others and your world

What do I need to have, to do it?
Not too much:

  • Just an open attitude of actively wanting to explore and/ or do something about the situation you’re in
  • A recognition that part of your progress, is about allowing yourself to be a learner
  • A willingness to think about what you’d like from doing this overall, and what you’d like from each session, is also critical to results you get

How does it work?

  1. You’ve read this and are interested.
  2. You answer the pre-program questions below
  3. We have a phone, or in-person conversation, to ensure we’re a good fit and decide to work together
  4. We book your first session
  5. We meet over Zoom, phone call, or in person if suitable
  6. We have a targeted coaching conversation towards your overall & sessions goals
  7. You decide on any actions or non-actions between sessions
  8. You consider, in your own time, your desired goal for our next session
  9. Interim correspondence as required
  10. Repeat for all future sessions

Why 3 months?
This program is designed to help people make the types of changes and improvements they’ve wanted, often for a long time, but for whatever reason, haven’t. My experience working with hundreds of clients, has shown me that 3 months is the very minimum amount of time where people can start to see “the fruits of their labour”, and sense what’s achievable going forward, either with more coaching, or on their own.

Of course, at the end of the 3-month program, if you’re loving what the coaching is giving you, there’s an option to extend our working relationship.

Do you offer other length of programs?
Yes. I have a 6-month Next Level engagement – for those with the desire for complete professional and/or personal related changes.
