Bio

For thirty years Scott Barrow’s professional career has been about helping people improve, perform, develop, and grow. To get where they want to go, or need to be. High-performance sport, business, health, education, and personal. He’s been a part of Olympic gold medals, AFL premierships, international leadership programs, and individual fulfilment.

Scott’s track record shows a habit of being successful in new collaborations as he thrives on the challenge of adaptability with effectiveness.

Three decades in the field have developed Scott’s integrative approach for real change, where he combines adult learning & ontological approaches, high performance strategy, leadership and purpose perspectives, human movement and sport science principles, with an authentic honouring of what he knows people are capable of.

He has particular interest in better performance without sacrificing wellbeing. Alignment of the pursuit with the personal. Deep, sustainable change and improved outcomes are what’s possible.

Scott’s passion, experience, and track record are supported by formal education, including his most valuable education thus far, being a Diploma of Coaching Psychology. He holds a Degree in Human Movement, a Post Graduate Diploma in Sport Science, and he’s also accredited by the peak body: International Coaching Federation as a Professional Certified Coach.

He has a wife, two daughters, one son, and three dogs. For Scott, life doesn’t get any better than being outdoors with others doing something physically active, challenging and fun. And surfing, mountain biking and road cycling are the beautiful vehicles for this.
